Post RCC, Checks In!

[Heavens! I almost forgot introducing myself!]

Compliments, everyone!
I am (The) RadioactiveCinemaCult (Known as: RCC, Uncle Cult, RadioactiveCult Etc. Etc.)
Before I'm going to blabber about a horror-movie subject, I have to remind that my English writing may not be in native speaker level, but I will do my best with it. I do understand language, by just reading or listening it, quite well.

I have a good sense of humor and trying not to take pressure any of things.
Horror movies and horror in general has been around a long time in my life. I also spawn interest in Lovecraftian short stories, exploitation, science fiction films on the 50's, music and other garbage.
First horror movie that I can remember seeing was Japanese Ringu [ リング] (1998).

I usually write something that comes out of my thick skull and think it is some kind of refined opinion that I give. At the same time, I want to read and listen peoples other opinions about the subjects.
Like Big Lebowski said. "Yeah! Well, you know, that's just like, eh... Your opinion man.”

These are some of my favorite horror movies:

Re-Animator (1985)
From Beyond (1986)
Hellraiser (1987)
Godzilla (1954)
Human Centipede II (2011)
Taxidermia (2006)
Jacob's Ladder (1990)
Orphan (2009)
Braindead [Dead Alive] (1992)
Cannibal Holocaust (1980)

And many, many, many more! (Not in the specific order.)

That's what I can say, right now. Let's all enjoy the horror cinema!

I don't understand how anyone could possibly like Human Centipede II.

Anyway...

Me?
I have seen your reaction video about it.

About the movie itself: YES, it had some really pointless stuff and the script is not the strongest element of the piece.
I think I am not really into things that our dear and lovely protagonist (Marvin) does but I laughed to it and obscure things that happened.
It had this black-and-white look and special effects. (note. movie list, lot of special effect-movies, I really appreciate them)
It is a silly, body-horror, shock film and I think that Tom Six, did not intended it as serious, psychological drama about a man and his little centipede.
//[Also: Movie holds a special place, for being on of the movies, that I watched while spending a night with my partner. Not really the most important detail, but we discussed about the movie and laughed, so much.]//

I saw the August Underground Trilogy. It was kind of the same, but I did not like it or cared about it. Maybe because bad quality, poor script (note. Human Centipede, being a torture porn). It was just shock movie and there was people who liked them, which for me, was absolutely odd but I was pretty okay with it.

But in the end, I bet there are many more movies (that I did not list), that may seem really strange pieces to like. For me they are just movies. Escapism. One that is fun after a long day.

Also, I am not trying to convince you or anything to like this movie, or even fully understand why I am liking it. We all have different tastes and no need to say that I respect it when you think "How anybody would like this?".
So, no pressure about it, okay?~

Oh! Oh! Also, thanks for welcoming me! And a whale was really fabulous!

[Sorry for the confusing text!]

Eh, I just never thought anything except that effing baby scene in the car was anything shocking.

Oh, I get it. It really came out of nowhere and it was totally pointless. I agree.
