Never scene before horror!

Dullman slowly got out of his chair and headed to the bathroom. As he passed by the row of cubicles, a swirling dark mist began to form down the hall. John’s vision clipped and the workers in the cubicles appeared as skeletons with snake like organisms scurrying across their bones in search of remaining pieces of flesh. One of the cubicles sat a man with perfect posture. He turned to look at John as he passed and a faint blue light seemed to radiate from behind his brown eyes. The man returned to his work. Dullman picked up the pace en route to the bathroom. He put his hand against the wall and felt his hand sink into a reddish substance. Fluid seemed to race across the top of the goo and almost felt alive under John’s fearful touch. He withdrew his hand and ran into the bathroom quickly closing the door behind him. Dullman’s vision clipped and blurred again. The surroundings returned to a more familiar tile floor and stalled room of a lavatory, a ladies room to be exact.
The stall door in the far end of the bathroom popped open and a petite blonde-haired woman stepped out carefully tucking in her blouse. She yelped when she saw John and quickly ran past him out the door. The words pervert echoed within his fragile eardrums as she passed in a whirlwind of hand gestures and squeals. John shook his head and walked over to the row of sinks. He turned the handle for the hot water and let the fluid run over his cupped hands. The water began to hold within the skin bowl then slowly overflow the small damn. John felt the temperature change from cold to luke warm to finally hot. He raised the skin bowl of water and released the clear redemption upon his face. The hairs on the back of his neck stood on end as a chill ran away from his bones. John began splashing the water religiously upon his face until he began to laugh. As steam from the water began to rise around him, Dullman’s laughter rolled on until the high octaves of jubilation slowly regressed to that of weeping. The mirror in front of him became wet with the condensation from the steam. That’s when the distinct sound of fingers writing on glass licked at Dullman’s ears. As the last sound of flesh on glass ran from Dullman’s ears, he looked up and saw two words written upon the glass through the condensation.

TURN AROUND

Dullman could feel his vision clipping again. He turned around and faced the line of stalls. A yellowish liquid slid across the floor and found a break against the wall of the bathroom. The liquid kissed the side of Dullman’s shoes and flowed as liquids do to the least path of resistance. John reached his hand down and touched the fluid with the tip of his middle finger. The substance felt warm to the touch and Dullman could feel something moving within the fluid. With a quick shake of his hand, the fluid fell from John’s finger and returned to the reservoir below. John could hear a tiny squishy noise originate from behind the stall. The sound grew louder followed by a brief pop or thud of sorts. Bits of red slime began to fall into the yellow fluid from within the stall. The red liquid held a heavier weight and viscosity than the yellow liquid and moved within it as if swimming. John moved his foot just a bit to allow the heavier red fluid to move around him. That’s when he heard the thumping sound.
Thump, thump, thump, began to beat at a steady pace from within the stall. The beat stayed consistent and never wavered from the pulse like beat. John slowly reached his hand forward and pushed open the door to the stall. The brass hinges squeaked slightly and the door allowed Dullman’s eyes to come face to face with the occupant of the stall.
The body of a woman sat on the toilet. Her arms lay across her stomach and her legs spread open slightly. The woman’s skin cast a transparent smile back at Dullman and her muscle system glistened in the light provided by a reddish cell like ceiling from within the translucent skin. Tiny bacilli dangled from the ceiling and seemed to grasp at the air and then return to their home within the cell structure. Suddenly the woman’s eyes opened. She stared at John and a frown crept across the muscle structure of her face. She spread her legs farther apart and something began to stir from within her womb. The woman began to moan as three large bacilli extended from within her womb. They writhed in the air and dangled in front of John. The one in the middle grew still while the other two squirmed in the air and undulated back and forth. The tip of the middle bacilli began to expand and a bulb similar to an onion grew forth. The bacilli on the side caressed the bulb and the woman opened her arms. Her nipples began to twitch and opened, as would a hungry mouth. They screamed softly similar to the wailing of a newborn. The woman closed her eyes and her stomach began to undulate. A giant eye appeared within her stomach and glared back at Dullman. Growths began to extend from her skull and move up the wall of the lavatory until they met with the reddish cell structure on the ceiling. John could see fluid pump through the growths and feed the cell structure. Millions of tiny bacilli extended forth and tickled the air then returned to the cell structure. They undulated at a steady pace every three seconds and caused the cell structure to pulse like a thirsty vein. The bulb that extended from the woman’s womb began to shake and a flower sprouted forth. The petals appeared to cast a bluish light amidst the sea of red and within the center of the petals; a black sac began to extend forth. John watched as the sac expanded then simply exploded. Green fluid shot forth and struck Dullman on the face. He turned his head and wiped the muck from his eyes. That’s when the smell ran through the lavatory. The woman’s body began to shake and more bacilli extended from her muscle structure.
The shriek pierced Dullman’s ears and sent him to the floor. After a second, he got up and his head began to spin. The sound of skin on glass came from his right and Dullman saw the word RUN appear on the mirror. The shriek sounded again and the mirror broke after the notes reached the glass. Dullman ran toward the door and exited the lavatory. The workroom exploded into this vision. The walls birthed the same cellular growth from the ceiling of the lavatory and the cubicles that made a home for his co-workers held a line of skeletons. From the ceiling in the middle of the room, a large wormlike creature slinked across the way. The large thick yellow body wriggled and turned toward Dullman. A large mouth opened revealing hundreds of razor like teeth and a deep guttural roar escaped from within the monstrosity. Dullman ran toward the door to the hallway and the giant yellow worm lunged toward him missing and burying itself within the cell structure. Its body compressed and fell into segments. A clear elastic sinew wriggled in between the segments and gave off a yellowish fluid.
John ran through the hallway and his vision began to blur while his balance reacted like a mugging victim as vertigo began to overtake Dullman. He shrugged it off and made his way toward the elevator. Dullman frantically pushed the button on the elevator then noticed the doors begin to slide open. Bacilli shot from behind the door and grasped at Dullman. He fell backwards in terror and ran away from the doors. As they opened, thick brown liquid spilled forth-carrying bits of human bones through the hallway. The shrieks grew louder and Dullman made his way down the hall to the stairwell. He jumped and tumbled down the stairs at breakneck speed until he made it to the lobby. Dullman forced open the doors and spilled onto the street from the emergency exit.
The sky above Dullman appeared a reddish blue. Dullman wanted to fall down and cry but fear drove him forward. The world he lived in had changed and turned into something out of the abyss. Empty cars lined the streets and most of the buildings lay in ruins. Skeletons decorated the avenue and the surrounding area gave birth to no sound. The only thing Dullman could hear was the sound of his heart. The shriek haunted his ears again and resonated from behind Dullman. He looked back at the building and ran down the empty street. He looked inside a few cars in hopes of finding one with keys. “Dammit!” shouted Dullman as he pounded on the last car he past in frustration. His vision clipped again and he decided to head toward the park. Dullman ran for what seemed like hours. The world remained empty and barren save for an occasional patch of reddish cellular growth. His chest began to burn and Dullman fell to his knees in the center of a playground. His lungs burned for air and his vision blurred. That is when he felt the breath on the back of his neck. Dullman’s skin perked up as goose bumps ran across his body and a strange chill overtook him. “Is this what the anticipation of death feels like?” he mumbled…
