Creep Is First Class British Horror
I have just seen Creep at the cinema and I was very pleasantly surprised at how good it is. I was expecting the usual over-hyped film that isn't scary, isn't original and isn't gory with crap acting.
Thankfully, Creep is what I call a 'proper' horror film. The make up effects are excellent, the story is original and it is very gruesome. Hopefully this will be the start of a new wave of British horror to rival the Asian genre.All we need now is the Americans to start making proper horror again such as the excellent SAW instead of all the glossy sanitised crap they keep producing.

Im not sure why people were getting down on british horror. The only 2 newer ones i have seen were 28 days later and dog soldiers, and i absolutely love both of them.
Shit, Danny Boyd should just do horror for a while, he has a good knack.
