I think I've seen this, I don't remember, because I watch so many movies. May have to track down a copy again so I can see if I saw it. Have you seen the sequel yet? "Karas: The Revelation".

I finally saw "Fritz the Cat" (1972), now to watch "The Nine Lives of Fritz the Cat" (1974).
