What's your problem man? If you would take the time to read some of the things I post you might understand my sarcasm but regardless, it was just a rant. I was thinking about some shit the other night and I thought about it out loud, my mistake, I know.

I haven't seen you around much since the last time you were here and cheeba got onto you over something but I'm starting to notice a pattern here, you only show up every once in a while and when you do you seem to stir the shitpot. You are pretty rude to people and like Bloof said, I was being polite, just like I have always been with you.

try some of the flavorless protein drink mix that you can mix into your favorite drinks and not even know it's there. You could also try adding things like nuts and seeds and eggs to your diet. Those are just some suggestions. I had gastric bypass surgery in 2012 and one of the main things I have had to do is make sure I keep my protein levels up so I know how it can feel when you are running low.

My problem is the merging local council in Nottingham, and affect that's gonna be having on disabled people like me. I've already survived being almost murdered once, and now I've got to fight a second battle. Plus, austerity sucks.
