There's only one other person I can think of that could play Ash and that's Jim Carey, and even at that, It wouldn't be the same without Bruce Campbell.
Last movie I watched was Hancock. Wasn't a bad movie, I quite enjoyed it which is good since I hate super hero movies.

Twilight.
i've never seen more teenage girls in one place at the same time... We wouldnt have gone on our own but it was PG so i gigured my kid would like it - and he did enjoy it. i thought it was .. ok.. at least it avoided most of the vampire cliche's we've seen in the last few years .. (cgi, blue tint, leather) it was more love story than anything but it wasnt anywhere near as bad as i was expecting. goth kids - stay home... it wont be your thing .. no brooding in graveyards ... no long stringy black hair ... no fetish outfits. more like "90210 of the Damned".

Home for the Holidays - A very underrated little movie that you can easily (too easily, in fact) relate to.

Road to Perdition- Good but not great IMO. Good cinematography and acting for the most part. I just found that Tom Hank's character was kind of dull. 7/10
Million Dollar Baby - Excellent movie. Great acting, direction and character development. For those who haven't seen this yet: do it. 9/10.

In The Heat of the Night.
Amazing flick which literally blew me away. Being a late 60s flick, it is rooted in the realistic racism of those times, but Poitier and Steiger make us feel as if we stand there ourselves, facing the fidgety heat which hits us like waves. Wonderful atmosphere, and a great mystery whodunnit to boot. Highly recommended to everyone who loves atmospheric flicks - Fortunato, NE, Rod, Alky, Return, Urge, Newb, Hellfire, Chrono, etc. All of you need to see this one. Rating - * * * * ½
