Oscar Winners
Edit* Scratch that.
What films do you think should have gotten best picture that didn't? I know there was some controversy before over the French Connection and Clockwork Orange.

The French Connection deserved its Award.
Scorsese's been jipped plenty of times. Goodfellas was a much better picture than Dances With Wolves. Ordinary People won the '81 Oscar. Raging Bull shoulda'. Personally, I think Pulp Fiction was more deserved of the '94 statuette than Forrest Gump (a film I find wildly overrated).

Citizen Kane
Psycho Apocalypse Now Vertigo (it lost to Gigi) As every film fan knows, Hitchcock never won an Oscar for Best Director. How's that?? |

I agree with that 100%.
I think the biggest one is Taxi Driver, I liked Rocky as well but c'mon... The Maltese Falcon and Citizen Kane deserved wins too IMO.
