Which Masters of Horror is your fav

I've only seen Sick Girl, Cigarette Burns, and Incident On and Off a Mountain Road so far.

Out of the ones I have seen so far, my favorite would have to be Incident On and Off a Mountain Road. After seeing this episode, I will be checking out the Phantasm movies, and Bubba Ho-Tep. I am also going to check out the stories of Joe Lansdale. I thought it was by far the best.

My ranking so far:

1. Incident On and Off a Mountain Road (Straightforward Title)
2. Sick Girl
3. Cigarette Burns (It was hyped here, but left me disappointed.)

The preview of Jenifer looks great, and I'm looking forward to it. The opposite for Chocolate, it doesn't look too interesting to me. Is it worth a rental? Has anyone seen any of the other episodes?

I own
------------
Sick Girl
Deer Woman
Jenifer
Cigarette Burns
Homecoming
------------

They are all magnificent. I must say that this series has been a big thing in my life.. even though it sounds pretty crazy.
The first one I saw was Cigarette Burns. I thought it was absolutely amazing. I went out and bought Homecoming, which was also a masterpiece (my opinion). I bought Sick Girl and Deer Woman on the same day but didn't watch them until a few days after. Sick Girl was, well, amazing too. Deer Woman was a little more mellow than the rest, but still glorious. Jenifer was the most recent one released, and the latest one I watched (which was lastnight). It was also extraordinary. It is definitely worth renting. Actually, I'm going to go ahead and reccomend you buy it (if you've already boughten any other ones).
I haven't seen Incident On and Off a Mountain Road, Chocolate, or Dreams in the Witch House yes, or any of the other episodes that aren't released on DVD yet. Out of those 3, I am looking forward to Incident the most, and Chocolate the least.

Sick Girl

The characters didn't need to be in a horror movie to be compelling - I just really liked them.

****reaches into pants***

I really, really liked them.

Ive seen all the ones on DVD so far, except for Jenifer (bought it, but havent had time to watch it). Here's how I rank them:

1. Cigarette Burns
2. Dreams in the Witch House
3. Dear Woman
4. Chocolate
5. Incident On and Off a Mountain Road
6. Sick Girl
7. Homecoming

That said, I loved all 7. Homecoming is the weakest by comparison IMO, but that absolutly does not mean that it isnt good. All are worth buying as far as Im concerned.

Only seen "Cigarette burns" and it was goood. For $7 that is. Would never dream of buying a 60 minutes movie for full price, and thatīs why i havenīt seen any of the other "masters of horror" yet.:)

I'm guessing you can't rent these DVD's where you live. I rented mine through Netflix.

I usually hate blind-buying movies at full price, but I got the first 2-pack for incredibly cheap (It was tagged wrong at Wal-Mart, $10 less than it was supposed to be), and after that I was hooked. Very excited for Dance of the Dead.
