universal Monster Legacy Gift Set...
Wow, this is so cool that I'm almost breathless. Just about all the Universal monster movies worth seeing are being released Apr 27 in a boxed set that includes busts of the Big Three (the Horror Trinity). The movies included: Dracula, Spanish Dracula, Dracula's Daughter, Son Of Dracula, Frankenstein, Bride Of Frankenstein, Ghost of Frankenstein, Son of Frankenstein, The Wolfman, Werewolf of London, She-Wolf of London, Frankenstein Meets The Wolfman, House of Frankenstein, and House of Dracula. Many of them include commentaries and documentaries, and this is the first time that HOD has ever been available on DVD. The only thing missing is Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein, but at least it IS in print and can be purchased by itself. Digital Eyes is already taking pre-orders, and it's only 60 bucks!!!!! I bought the Universal Monster 8-pack before it went out of print, and it was 100 f'in' dollars!!!! This is very reasonably priced.
Now....if they would just release all the Creature From The Black Lagoon movies on DVD, and put The Mummy and the Kharis movies together in a boxed set (with a bust, damn it), I would be a very, very happy man.
