The Madison Horror Film Festival will be held on Saturday October 3rd and Sunday October 4th at the Market Square Cinema located at 6604 Odana road in Madison, WI. The festival spotlights short and feature films in the horror genre.
Guests for this year’s event include Troma Entertainment president, Lloyd Kaufman, film directing icon Bill Rebane, horror actress and hostess of Fangoria radio Debbie Rochon, B-movie Scream Queen Elske McCain and horror actress Scarlet Salem. During the event there will be opportunities to meet the guests as well as special events.
On Friday October 2nd, Lloyd Kaufman will be doing a book signing at the Barnes and Noble located at 7433 mineral point road in Madison. We will also be screening the premiere of the local film Incest Death Squad featuring Lloyd along with a special screening of Toxic Avenger. On Saturday October 3rd, Lloyd will be conducting his Master Class which covers production, financing, marketing, and distribution of your own film. The Master Class is included with the purchase of a two day weekend pass to the festival.
