Does anyone have any idea of the name of this movie?

I have been researching for years trying to find out what the name of a movie was that I watched years ago.

It was in the style of Night of the Living Dead and from what I remember, greatly resembled George Romero's style. Though a search for George Romero films does not turn up a result.

The parts of the movie that I remember are: (no the movie is *not* Night of the Living Dead).

There was a house near some woods and a guy hides in a small shed in the woods to get away from some of the living dead and there is a girl in a house.

Near the end of the movie the girl "tricks" the living dead into going into the basement by playing music for them. For some reason they like the music and it stops them from attacking. She then tricks them again into letting her get away upstairs and locks the door. The living dead zombies go nuts and start eating each other.

At the end of the movie the girl is lying in a hospital bed watching TV.

Those are the main parts that I remember.

Any help in finding out what the name of this movie is would be GREATLY appreciated. I have searched up and down for years trying to find it.
