I think the film you're referring to was released under the title "dark angel" here, it was about an alien? Had some little flying razorsharp crazy disk thingy? That was pretty cool...
My favourite would be Universal Soldier also... Whaddaya mean "3"??? Are you telling me you didn't LOOOOVE The masters of the Universe? :p Actually, despite it's stupidness, I liked it a lot when I was a kid, and hold nothing against it now...it's not "good" but it didn't completely suck. He was in anotherone I saw a while back, which had good action scenes if only that, it was called "Joshua Tree", aka army of one....
