Black Cat [2004]

Has anyone here seen and/or heared of this film? I saw it used in a bargain bin, and decided I might as well pick it up, it was cheap and sounded decent. I came home and, as always, decided to look up the film on IMDB...and it isnt there! Ive since submitted it, but I find that very strange that a modern movie, distributed by a major company [Aliance Atlantis] wouldnt be in their database. Also, it's not in the DVD Afictionado database.

Anyway, it's directed by Serge Rodnunsky and stars Stephanie Leon, Shaun Kurtz, Philip Jones, and various other actors that nobody's ever heard of.

Has anyone seen it? Is it any good?

I found that site as well...unfortunatly, Quicktime doesnt seem to work for me. Ive downloaded the newest update, but it still doesnt work right.

Anyone who's actually seen it? I have a pretty busy week so it'll be awhile before I have a chance to watch it, but I must say Im rather intrigued.

also - any horror movie based on or with a cat on the cover is generally bad news.

see The Uncanny as a prime example

when I was a kid I remember watching..I think it was a tales from the crypt movie/show or some dvd with short horror stories on it...and this cat crawls down this guys throat (I can't remember his name...but he's been in lots of stuff and did the Dodge commercials for a while)...I looked at my cats funny for a week after seeing that.

but that's my story...haven't seen Black Cat.

So I ran across this thread while tring to find something else, and figured I might as well bump it.

I did get around to watching this, and it was too bad. Wasnt great either, but it had it's moments. A couple parts of it didnt make a whole lot of sence, but if you happen to stumble across it in a bargain bin I wouldnt discourage anyone from picking it up.
