The House That Jack Built, 2018. 8/10

Excellent film.

2 hours and a half long. I guess the Directors Cut is 2 hours 35 so its missing 5 or so minutes. It seems like they messed with the child murders but that's alright. Doesn't matter to me.

It's a look into the mind and actions of a serial killer then it goes full arthouse with the ending. Matt Dillon was excellent. I felt like there was no need to walk out of the theater like they did at Cannes.

One scene caught me. It was kinda..creepy, but then it made me smile.

A decent Christmas horror flick. Very decent indeed.

Nope. They are just films depicting the extreme.

Just watched VENOM - what a lot of crap. That was the laziest movie I've ever seen. I'm not sure Tom Hardy had a single line of coherent dialogue. Wow - cannot believe that it made so much money. I guess people will see anything even vaguely associated with Marvel.

Two monkey thumbs DOWN!
