and then go see HATCHET by my other buddy Adam Green. Two great all-American slasher films being released within 2 months of each other.

This is going to be a great year for horror!

HATCHET is waaaay old school. It's a total 80s style slasher that is slightly self-aware, but good and gory and really fun. The writing is actually pretty damned good and it has Tony Todd, Kane Hodder and Robert Englund in it.

BEHIND THE MASK is completely original and revisionist. Brilliantly self-aware and really funny without every becoming goofy. And it also has Robert Englund in it as a Dr. Loomis-type.

i hope this will be a good horror year its been a while since horror was in the lime light im deffinately gonna check out those two movies

horror has been big recently....which will only churn out rubbish but theres always them diamonds in the ruff...lol

i now know what this one is about and although i still have doubts it sounds like a good ending plot
