Apartment 1303 (2007)
Decided to check it out since the film's title just caught me as being really creepy and unusual, and while it offered a few scares, it's basically everything you'd expect for a direct-to-video horror film and none of the scares had any originality. We've seen this stuff before, and better. I wouldn't recommended to the average horror fan, but fans of J-horror it is at least worth check it out.
