I liked it.
It was called Friday The 13th as the Uncle who died in the pilot was called Uncle Vendredei. The video release in the UK had the same cover as some of the movies - I still have it. I think the original idea was to do a Halloween III type thing using the same name but taking it in a new direction.

I also liked the series. Can't wait for the DVD collection.
The wax people episode was the best.
