Ladies?

I say ladies, though a few of the guys in the site might have some info too...

My cheeks (face, not ass) and more-so some of the area under my eyes is prone to annoying facial hair...on the cheeks it's not so bad, but under the eyes like right on the edges of my upper cheekbone...if left unattended, can end up looking kind've werewolf? I guess you might call them that?
So, I guess I might just have more facial hair going on than most white anglo guys? I'm not a hairy person generally speaking, my back is hairless aside from a light (thank f'n god) set of er...?wings? under my shoulderblades, and a neat patch on the chest...but I don't get it...the hair on my head always grows rather fast and I have these facial hair issues, along with a bit of an eyebrow thing...in that if I want TWO of them, some work is required.

This "condition" hit me relatively early at around 20-21, where the standard borders and I'm now 29 so of course I've learned to deal with it...I have great skin and this facial hair thing is barely noticeable on account of a skincare regime involving exfoliant, foaming cleanser, sandalwood soap, and toners...and the hair thing, under control on account of the fact that every few nights for the last...quite a while...I stand in front of the bathroom mirror and go at them with tweezers.
Now I know this'll get me labelled as metrosexual for just about ever...I can deal with that. I'm on the edge of 30 and have zero wrinkles or crows feet, so yeah if that gets me the lable, so be it...though I don't use products in my hair...aaanyways back on track...

The plucking thing though?
It's pretty annoying...makes me sneeze sometimes and my eyes water...I always thought that plucking made things grow back finer but it would appear I'm having no such luck. Not like they're getting thicker or anything they're just staying where they're at, and sometimes I get slight irritations when they grow back and want to poke through the skin again.

So my question for the ladies of gents in the know:
Have you ever used those electronic er, plucker things? I'm not sure what they're called but they look something like tweezers attached to something that you plug into the power...from the ads I've see I understand they send a small electrical current down the hair they grab, and I'm not sure what it fucks up or kills in there, but allegedly, in doing so, this product stops other hairs from actually growing back from that place?
So...if this is true it sounds like it might be the solution I've been looking for to ditch this annoying condition.
So does anyone have any good feedback about successes with one of these?

I'm ok with waxing but it doesn't seem as precise, and I don't want to have to do it multiple times and all...

Go pluck your weiner.
Next time you talk to me, read what I've said first. I'm looking for a solution aside from that...seriously, your fucking A.D.D generation annoys me sometimes, and this is coming from someone who's been diagnosed with it...

I get crazy long eyebrows, I haven't used any electric tweezers personally but my friends who do more "manscaping" than me have and say regular ol' tweezers work best and I always trust the advice of gay men when it comes to beauty.

I'm all good there. Not hair-less, but unnoticeable.

Kind of like long, random ones?
I get those too, the girl usually snatches them off.

if you don't want the hair to come back, laser treatment is the way to go.

it will save you money in the long run
