A movie I doubt anyone knows, test your knowlege

Okay this is a movie I know my wife would like. I think it was a b movie, around 1985 or so, it was about a boyfriend who's girl died, he tried to bring her to life using robotics, she goes al psycho and walks around with her two of her four fingers (not thumbs) seperated like scissors while she kills people, one time sending a basketball through a old lady in a automatic handycap accessable stair climber thing, sound familure? Anyone?

Wasn't the program of a robot the guy had sent into her body or something?
Was she killed by a car?
I remember this...not really well at all though...

Aaahhhh...Deadly Friend...
I loved that movie sooo much...
I felt for poor BB.
(Interesting fact...I work with Blockbuster, we had a leaky roof, lifted the tiles, and there was a Deadly Friend poster left over from when Ritz owned us...!!o_O)
