In defense of Blair Witch Project...today's horror movies don't actually scare me, they'll give you a jolt or surprise you with loud or sudden action....but generally the last movie to really scare me (as an adult), was the original Blair Witch, mainly because it was what you don't see and the fact that it transpired in what could be an actual setting...not some legion of dead zombies tearing a man to shreds...that's just gore

Most people want to hate The Blair Witch Project because it worked so damn well. Now that the hoax is over, people don't want to admit to it being so damn effective.

I think BWP was and is fucking brilliant.

Last month..I bought the dvd(!!!)....Damn!!... still I'm in a doubt that whether it's a telefilm or a real film for the theaters or something else(!!??!!).....>>>The story, making, acting....everything holds the rating of D .
