Winter Light (1963). Not much fun or gaity in this second instalment of Ingmar Bergman's trilogy faith series. Finding and keeping faith whilst imbued in a world that is truly ugly, diseased, and menacing whilst God remain's conspiculously hidden is the theme to this fine flick. The main character's are tortured, twisted, and almost resolved to hypocrisy. The ending was incredibly simple and profoundly fitting. Ashe.

Yep it was a blast. That, Porky's and Lemon Popsicle were actually sort of trend-starters.

Wel, if you never actually show people talking, you don't have to synch up the dialogue with the images. I love Doris Wishman. I wish I had watched an awful Doris Wishman movie tonight instead of
Unrest One of the Horrorfest films. One of the worst. There's something sad about a well produced bad movie with decent acting. It's just forgettable. At least with something that's insanely awful on every level, like Doris Wishman you gt to laugh. |
