I like twiztid, their collaboration with icp and marz dark lotus, right from their days of H.O.K, I've thought they were pretty solid.
Also, a guy under eminems lable called king gordy is pretty good too... Haven't heard any necro, so I dunno. I've heard tech9 get referred to as horrorcore, not that I personally agree with that, but I like him too. I also know a guy doing some horrorcore stuff, from someplace in the US, if he comes out, he'll be under the name doctor Leper...I might link some of his better stuff if anyones interested.
