Guillermo Del Toro is an amazing director, Cronos and Devil's Backbone were brilliant takes on the vampire and ghost theme. Hell, even Blade 2 was a sweet sequel. The guy just knows how to bring a lot of humanity into themes where there usually isn't any.

cronos was a great stylish film.
the only thing i didnt like was Ron Pearlman I know people think he is the shit but i never liked him .. not even in Hellboy. Foreign directors seem to think he's the cats ass though .. Jean-Pierre Jeunet a couple of times del Toro at least 3 times .. Jean-Jacques Annaud - twice he must be ideal to work with .

on a diffrent subject, what is 13th child like? Happy, I looked at you DVD colection. See you got suckers in on the killer creature double features too? Cool movies, but I wish they had put move into the transfers.
