Hostel isn't the most anything, it's not even the best Eli Roth movie (That would go to Cabin Fever), though he better make "Trailer Trash" and "Cell" good because his movies seem to get worse each time around and don't think I could tolerate much less than Hostel 2.

You gotta admit that Cronenberg's THE FLY gets rather nasty at the end - the maggot birth, the acid burn. And that was a large budget, studio flick.
