Dahmer confessed to eating the flesh of his victims, describing how he had cut off a victims bicep, fried it, then eaten it

Jeffrey Dahmer's morbid interest in death, bodies, bones and flesh started at an early age. He had a collection of dead insects preserved in jars. Then he began to bring home dead animals that he had run over. Boys found the head of a dog impaled on a stick behined his house in Ohio. But they didn't tell the police untill Dahmer was arrested years later. His neighbours found frogs and cats impaled or staked to trees. A neighbourhood dog would disapear once in a while, but no-one suspected that Jeffrey was killing them for his autopsies. According to Jeffrey's mother "He liked to use acid to srape the meat off dead animals."
In grade school, when other kids got hurt in the playground he would laugh or watch the scene without compasion. By the time he got to high school, He was considered so weird that no-one wanted to associate with him. He played tennis for the school team but was not a popular student. He was very shy with girls, but aggressive towards authority figures. He would fake epileptic fits in the classroom and at a nearby shopping mall. He was known to draw outlines of non-existent bodies on the floors at school.
His first victim was in 1978, when he was eighteen. On a warm summer's afternoon, June 18, 19-year-old Steven Hicks was hitch-hiking home from a rock concert near Cleveland, Ohio. He was picked up by a young, blond-haired man. The blond man being Jeffrey. He suggested they drive to his parent's homes and drink some beer. Hicks agreed. At the house, they drank, listened to music and talked, until Steve said it was time for him to go. Jeffrey wanted him to stay, but Steve insisted. Dahmer then picked up a barbell and smashed it down onto Steve's head. Jeffrey Dahmer then strangled him with the bar of the barbell. Dahmer dragged Hicks' body outside into a crawl space under the house, where he dismembered it, and stuffed the body parts into large garbage bags. He put the bags into the back seat of his car and drove around Bath Township looking for a place to dispose of the remains. Stopped by local police, and passing a alcohol test, he was asked whats in the bags, Dahmer simply replied that he was taking them to the local dump. The police let him go. Dahmer then drove home and buried the bags in a shallow grave in the back yard. Two weeks later, he became nervous about the smell. He dug up the remains, removed the flesh, and smashed the bones to bits with a sleghammer. He then scattered the remains from a rocky ledge behind his home into the forest below......
