Can't remember film's title/ Changed due to country

I was wondering if anybody knew of a 80s zombie flick where a family were fighting over inheriting land, while zombies are slowly getting to the town they're in and eventually attack them. I haven't seen this film in at least 10 years so my minds fuzzy but I'm pretty sure the title includes 'Children' for some reason.

I've had trouble trying to search for it, as the DVD set I found it on had all the wrong titles for each film (Some knock-off collection of horror B-movies)

The collection did have a few known films however, like Shivers by David Cronenberg and Night of the Living Dead and The Haunting starring Jack Nicholson. I'm in England so the DVDs may have only been produced here if that's any help
