Dawn of the Dead, I also liked the tv version of the Shining. It was much closer to the book though I must say the altered Hollywood version scared me a hell of a lot more as a little kid...of course there was that massive age differance...

The remake for TCM sucked terribly.
I'm not a huge fan of the remake, only because I think its a classic for a reason and there's no way to make a classic better, and the harder they try, the worse it gets. But I have to say the Dawn of the Dead remake wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be. The Grudge really wasn't that bad either, but they still both pale in comparison to the originals. God, that TCM remake was hideous crap.
