The Wraith
This was a strange movie. A guy who is killed comes back from the dead in a car to race road pirates and picks them off one by one. Not really even a horror movie as it's intended, or claims to be. Not so great. Not to mention it has nudity and sex scenes and the rating on the box is PG-13. What the hell? 5/10

Children of Men
Sublimely beautiful and powerful. Seamless special effects, amazing scope, wonderful acting and a very strong socio-political message wrapped in a SciFi allegory. This is cinema at it's finest. I'm torn between this one and Pan's Labyrinth for personal favorite film of 2006. A+

I just watched The Descent again, for the third time. This time it was to show it to the woman I'm dating, who hadn't seen it before. It's still as awesome the third time as it was the first.
