Becoming fearfull of something, that you was originally comfortable doing, prior to watching a scene, makes me believe that people are too easily influenced by what they view, in an emotional sence. It should be real life experiences that influence.
yeah ...

well i admit - i have a terrible fear of vampires, werewolves, zombies, man made monsters, slimey blobs, leprechauns, and dolls now .... but it wasnt the movies ! no sir !

I'm sorry, but the point of this thread was that your roomate is a pussy ? Why not say so in the subject, everyone can say "yeah, sure", thread dies and we all move on to something new. Just because I'm a nice guy, bored, drunk and an asshole sometimes, I'm gonna do just that. Just for you to show you how it's done. You're my specail little guy now, Bart (can I call you 'Bart' ?).

But it should work for you, worked wonders for me. To this day my dad won't have the lights on when I'm in the room.
AAAAAAAAAAll righty then

and by the way that movie never scared me or anyone I know that much.

i have to admit .. jaws verified my fear of anything under the water ..because it played on a fear i already had.
dude, my grandma was in jaws. she was an extra, and you could only see her hand in it.:D Jaws was filmed on an island called "Martha's Vineyard" which is of the coast off massachussets. I have a house in martha's vineyard, and drive past the beach and some of the places that they have filmed that movie ALL the time.
