First I would like to say how could anyone have The Scream Films, Jason X, or Bride of Chucky in there top 5? They all sucked.
Anyways, I guess people are entitled to there opinions. Austin, to answer your question I am not a fan of Michael Myers in parts 4 through Resurection. In the 1st 2 Halloweens though, Myers seemed scarier, more evil, and badass. THE 1st HALLOWEEN SCARED ME TO DEATH.

An exercise in futility
I couldn't do it...there are just too many I have seen, because I watch movies that go all the way back to the 40's and 50's. Folks in those days told some great stories, you just have to kind of look over the special effects.
At any given time I might have a few favorites (like right now "The Ring" is probably numero uno), but to make an "all time" list would be impossible, especially trying to narrow it down to just five!
