yah. i al,most said 'curiosity killed the cat' earlier but decided not to
anyway. i really hope that they will keep tabs on this guy. i dunno about japan but i know even probation in the US isnt that great. simply cuz the system is just so compacted but really tho.... if he can do this to a cat what can he do to a person??? ugh....... soooo sad. and he had the nerve to video tape it i guess? :(
