GRAVEN IMAGES-Ronald Borst. Very satisfying read of a Serious Horror Movie Poster collector...Ron has a lot of them from the silents to the end of the 60's with good essays by Robert Bloch, Harlan Ellison, Peter Strauss and Forrest J Ackerman, among others.

THE YOUNGS: THE BROTHERS WHO BUILT AC/DC-Jesse Fink. Good history of Angus and Malcolm, along with their older Brother George, a member of The Easybeats who also with his EB partner Harry Vanda produced, wrote and performed for many years. Mentions of several key players in the story.
The author is obviously a fan, but the Young's don't come off too highly-suspicious, controlling and absolutely ruthless around those who offend them. Guess that's why it's called the Music Business. |
