You're lucky. I grew up around violent people. I've been in several violent situations and it's never pleasent. I'm more than willing to throw down in the street but others want to pull guns or knives, so you have to get mean to protect yourself.

I just moved to ct from nj and I'm up in sterling by mass and Rhode Island. never seen such bad drivers in my LIFE. also deer.

It's hard to say. It's complex answer with multiple factors to take into consideration. Columbine, VA tech, DKR midnight showing, etc. Some have a Vendetta and others want to be the front page news, but all are driven by some people malevolent force. Its sad to think that someone could be next door. Sorry to hear of your loss.
