MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL.....
Starting my x-mas baking today ( sugar cookies and a gaudy Christmas cake for the kids) and the countdown is on! Last minute shopping, watching the kids who are now on holiday and getting the house ready for Santa. The turkey is out of the freezer and in the fridge thawing and I am signing off for the holidays. Best wishes for you and yours!!! Love ya'!

My turkey WAS UNDERCOOKED!!!!! After almost 30 years of cooking them we ended up having a vegetarian Christmas dinner. People were very understanding and enjoyed the meal but i was embarrassed and pissed off. Ham from now on 'cause that was alot of work down the drain.

Undercooked? Did it fail to reach the right temp on your thermometer? Or was it just obvious when you cut into it?
My family would have stuck it in the microwave. No big deal. |

It reached the right temp, but when we cut into it we knew immediately. I was fed up and just chucked it all. Just didnt want to chance it.
