You're in the US aren't you? If so, there shouldn't be all that much of a problem grabbing some, I understand a lot of retailers over there carry it.

I make a lot of my own barbeque sauce, and if you like sweet sauce adding some maple syrup is AWESOME, because not only does it add sweetness, it helps the sauce to glaze/crystallize, which works really well on pork and chicken.
Spicy goes better with beef, though.

When I barbeque, I make mass quantities because there are usually seven or eight starving people in the house, so I add this and that until I have enough and it looks good but the staples are: Ketchup Maple syrup minced onion garlic powder a smaller amount of spicy mustard a touch of white or red wine vinegar worchestershire sauce, enough for flavor but not to thin it apricot jam...sounds weird I know, but it makes it YUMMY a smidge of red and black pepper. I just add all of them together until I get a consistency that I like, and it always works really well. I'm always looking for new recipies, though!

Thank you! I , of course, can't find my recipe for the life of me. It's not where I would usually keep it. But if/when I locate it later (you know me, I won't give up :) ), I will post it.
a little later... OK, this is really bugging me. I need to let go of it for a while, cuz it is not where is should be and it's not anywhere else I've looked either. I'm sure when I find it, it will make perfect sense why I layed it there (I'm sure most, if not all of you, have been throughth that!) but right now I can't find it, damn it. I hate that!!! :p blehehehehehe. I'll go lay by my dish now. Of course, now I'm craving it. Arg.
