Legalizing Murder

My logic is that murderers are going to murder whether or not it's legal. It's not like if they legalize murder, everyone is just going to start killing each other for no reason. Criminals will kill themselves off more often and less people will risk going to jail knowing the violent nature of jail and that murder is legal. Socially, people will be a lot more fucking polite. and bullying? forget about it. :D

So who's for the idea/against it? why?

no fucking way im sorry but theres no way they shuld legalize murder i they did that think of all the short fused people you know and instead of beating the fuck out of a person they shove a knife in to them instead or the kid at school who hates his teacher and brings in a gun and kills his class mates. theres just to many flaws

Another major flaw would be the ensuing domino effect.

You kill a guy
his father kills you
your mother kills him
her daughter kills her
etc.

I assume it would stop sometime, I mean there's bound to be a lazy family member eventually.:D
