Haven't seen this in years, but I definitely want to revisit it after reading your review.

Thanks! I too hadnt seen it in quite a long time (probably not since mid high school) Was fun to watch it again as I had only vague memories of how the movie played out.

Recommended as a fun watch to all. Charming little film.

I didn't catch it in the cinema - I was a little afraid that there wasn't enough source material to stretch out into a feature. So you didn't find this the case.
Cool - I will check it out then.

I went and saw Texas Chainsaw 3D over the weekend.

Point #1: I find it disappointing that they call the movie 3D but only have like 3 actual gags where the chainsaw comes out of the screen a little bit. Had they paid attention to My Bloody Valentine 3D and followed suit, this movie would have been much more fun.

Point #2: If you can completely disregard the other sequels, the timeline that a baby is born in 1974 and now it's 2012 and she's 20 years old, and the fact that we have to have a stupid rapper in every horror movie, then it's an ok movie. I actually liked the idea, but I feel it was poorly implemented.

On the whole I was entertained and didn't feel like I wanted my money back, but at the same time the total disregard of logic bothered me.

I'd give it a 5/10.

"Just Friends" 8/10

Hillarious.

Gonna be one of my chosen christmas holliday movies from now on, together with Bad Santa.

"The Skin I Live In" 8-9/10

Brilliant story. Watch it if you haven't already.

"Prowl" 4/10

The "monsters" were ok cool, but the story was tiiiiiny. And i had a hard time figuring out what made them able to crawl on walls, ceilings and even fly.

Yea, we don't need a sequal.

"The Game Plan" 2/10

Totally not funny.

Why on earth was that little girl chosen for this role???????????????????? EEEEK!!!

My fear at it being dreadful stopped me from going to see this. Very relieved I didn't now reading this-talk about lucky escape :)
