The Last Winter (2006)
B/C Icy/snowy thriller with a tiny bit of horror. It's slow, the story was kinda weak but the movie wasn't boring. Misleading poster though. And the underlying message was a bit pushy. BUT... it's a movie set in icy plains. Slim pickings when it comes to those.

The Night Before (2015)
B Nice Christmas comedy with Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Seth Rogen and a lot of other familar faces including Michael Shannon. Until now I never realised he sounds a lot like Steven Wright.
