Of course. It’s not a bad game. Just wasn’t for me. Missed all the monsters and mutants from Fallout. This one just had most people being cyborgs, but mostly by looks. Neither have I played an openworld game since before the first Red Dead Redemption with no animal life whatsoever. Just got a big labyrinthic Tokyo’ish city and its depressing Suburbs to roam. Wasn’t very inspiring. Didn’t help that there wasn’t one song on the entire soundtrack I could stand listening to. Awful, awful noise. THAT’S THE FUTURE!!

Yeah when they hype up a game like that it's usually a disappointment. I had doubts when I saw it was going to be a first person game. Although apparently there are mods to get a third person camera. |

Shadow Legend VR 8-9/10
Would have been a 10/10 if the game had been at LEAST 3 times as long. The story was over before the journey really began after approximately 6 hours. Gameplay was great and I really liked the look of the game, and at a discount price of $12 I would say it's definitely worth experiencing.

Resident Evil - Village PS4 8/10
Took me 19 hours to get through which I believe is longer than RE7. Pretty long for a linear game. Game was entertaining throughout, so no complaints there. Gameplay, good. The characters were good, though not as well written as in RE7, but that's also a very high bar to reach. The graphics were very grey for the first 3rd of the game, but became more pleasing afterwards. Still not as detailed as RE7 when it came to the charaters. The story was kind of a mess, especially later on and the game overall felt a little rushed when it came to some of the scenes. Often after a cutscene I was confused how Ethan ended up where he did. And speaking of Ethan. Here's the worst part Village. I didn't notice it in RE7 but I sure did in this one. The voice actor is pretty damn BAD. Granted, the general dialoge sounded like it was written by teens, with a shit loads of "What the fuck?!", "Now what?!", "Seriously?!", "What the hell is going on?!", "No, YOU're a doo doo head!!". Well, the last one was mine, but it would have fit right in. But even if the dialogue had been good the guy voicing Ethan would still sound like he was reading it all out loud from a script, which is most likely the case. Everything he said sounded very unconvincing. And that's all I have to say about this game. For now..

A few more things. When it comes to horror/action Village reminded much more of RE4 than 7 as the story first of all could be a remake of 4. Horror/action wise it's also way less creepy than 7 and went more for the action like 4 did. But if you liked either 4 or 7 I'd say go for Village. You can't go wrong.
