None of the Indian food I've had has anything resembling a noodle in it...

"Ramen" noodles are more well known over here/UK as instant or 2 Minute Noodles.

What's a good beer to have with a chicken salad sandwich. Should I go for a malty brew or something on the hoppy side ?

1. How about some old waffles? You want waffles, monkey?

2. My cat Tweety is meowling and won't stop. What the heck does he want? He just ate.

Nothing. Ramen is a Far-East product, comes mainly from Japan & China.

The locally produced ramen is usually thicker, and Indian spices add a bit of extra flavor to it. My wife makes some wonderful ramen of all varieties - adding her nicely cut vegetables, or mushrooms, or eggs, sometimes just chopped potatoes, onions & tomatoes. The zing comes from the combo of Indian spices.

Sorry for derailing your thread for a minute, Zero.

Dustin always puts eggs in his, but I won't try it that way...I seriously need to get some Indian spices and see what I can do with them.

Oh and...I'm not sorry for extending the derailment :p
