One of the best lists we've ever made. I'm really impressed with the diversity here. Although I still think Oogie Boogie deserves a slot, I can't help but be happy with how this went. Now: I want some blurbs, and the rest of you better get on it as well to help complete another wonderfull Top 100!

Well, it's a very good list. I commend your work, V. Great job.
I still think Carrie deserves a place on the list. For those of you who cry "oh, she was a victim" - That victim killed and maimed several dozen people in her final blowout, most of whom had nothing to do with her victimization, including the teacher who tried to help her.
