Exorcist III. i did not like this movie the first time i saw it. Gave it another run. i thought the photography was well done, but the acting kinda wavered from good to cheezy. Still, it was better than i remembered, and that one scene (not a spoiler) in the hospital still registers as one of the most creepy scenes ever. Over all pretty good. Ashe.

If it only had more of those kinda scenes, this could've been a praised horror movie. Instead we've got a very bad horror movie with a few good ideas here and there.

"They Wait" 6-7/10

Had some good scares which compensated the rather poor cgi.

My only big problem with it was the anticlimatic ending. Not much happened there.

Cutter's Way.

Odd little drama with John Heard & Jeff Bridges. Not entirely sure what I think of it yet...

Pale Rider. Most enjoyable Eastwood western; as noted before, a hint of the supernatural in this flick. Ashe.

A Tale of Two Sisters. The cinamatography was amazing in how it was soaked in such rich colors. The acting was solid and the direction was great. The story was pretty decent.

***Spoiler alert***

In all due respect, i started to get a little lost towards the end, which was likely due to the reading of subtitles and not the movie. This became especially troubling when i could not figure out who was supposed to have been dead for so long. i also thought that there could have been more to the story than just a severe case of schizophrenia/personality disorder. Kudos in the way they tidied up the story in the end, and how they left the two potential creatures (under the sink and in a cabinet i think) without explanation. i just think that the storied could have relied less heavily on a mental disorder and could have been built up a little in some other way. Just my opinion and i'm sure many will not agree with me but hey, to each his own. Ashe.
