over the weekend i saw :
- the bunker (reminded me of session 9) - my neighbour totoro - spirited away - orange county - Monsters VS Aliens. liked a lot of this film - but some of it bugged me when it got away from the monsters and was dealing with the humans (the fiance, the president, the members of the war room) where it seemed to be too slick, smug, and overconfident. Bob was the big favorite for everyone. the animation was gorgeous.

Mortuary
Started off OK but quite quickly became a confusing nonsensical mess. Could've done with some decent FX, the cgi was exceptionally poor. Not Tobe Hooper's finest hour by a long shot.

I'm not sure what kind of super powered crack these Japanese filmmakers where on, but it was some powerful shit, This was one of the weirdest, most over the top movies I've ever seen. Truly an interesting experience.
