not bad .. very consistent with the series.
i think we'll see more of these if it makes any $$$ (but i have a feeling people really dont care anymore - the theatre was pretty much empty)
The gap between the two movies, and the series, has pretty much affected the interest audiences had in it.

Oh, that and The Dark Knight too.

Been revisiting my childhood favs recently...

The Jungle Book. (1967)

Still love every second of it. And "The Bare Necessities" and "Now I'm the King of the Swingers" still got the thump in their beats!

Rating - * * * *

Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

You gotta love Roger. And Bob Hoskins as the grumpy detective. Classic piano tete-a-tete between Donald and Daffy. And my favorite, Jessica Rabbit!!:D

And by "The dark night" you mean The Dark Night, and not The Dark Knight?

Dead Silence.
It started so well but fell through the second half.

i believe it's the former - rather than the latter.

I've seen pretty much every movie thats come out this summer - on opening night- but some people are making the choice not to go to some.. like x-files.

i was reminded of why i grew tired of the series in the 4th season ...

how many times does scully need to be hit in the face with a golf club - before she admits it was a golf club ?

Yesterday I watched both Indiana Jones & The Raiders of the Lost Ark and Indiana Jones & The Temple of Doom.

I've not seen these in over 10-15 years or more, and they're just a lotta fucking fun. Raiders was of course FAR fucking better than Temple, but Temple had some great scenery and was fun in it's own cheesy way.

I've also of course seen/own The Last Crusade, it's my favourite of the series, followed by Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
