Seriously. How can I still be the only one at HDC playing this at them moment? I'm pretty sure I'm halfway through by now. And so far there's been pluses and minuses. The big pluses has been the facials and voices of any characters in the game. And there has been a LOT. Also the gameplay is like a mix of GTA and Heavy Rain. Feels like you're playing a crime movie with lots of driving. The minuses comes of the repetiveness. Pretty much all missions follows the same pattern, which is kind of a let down when you get into the game. Also i'm sure most gamers won't give a shit about the extra missions untill they've completed the main story, which makes it less "open world" even tho the map IS huge. You just don't care. But I like how they've change the whole "open world" concept with this game. And I'm sure a lot of other bold moves will follow after this one. YAY!!!

Majin & The forsaken Kingdom.
Fair old bit of wondering around in this title...can feel slow at times...and while I feel that it could use some more dialogue, it's a pretty playable game with a good level of challenge. It's kind of like, mashed up elements of Zelda, Shadow of the Colossus, Enslaved and Kingdom Hearts. It's a tad rough around the edges in places but stunning in others. Very nice musical score. Feels like a quality title thus far, enjoying it. Those that don't like depth or any kind of "puzzles" in games need not apply, it's not laden with them but it's definitely not one for the button basher crowd.

Having a look at an old game called "Strife" on pc.
Looks like it might've come out at about the same time as the first doom? Not too bad, interesting incorporation of rpg elements into an FPS.
