Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End (2007)

I actually liked this when I saw it in theaters, but I liked it even more the second time around. It certainly has its faults, and often falls into the "too-much-money-for-its-own-good" blockbuster hole, but it's also a whalloping good time, and plenty exciting.

Plus, I'm a goddamned sucker for Keira.

Bugcrush.

I went in to it, expecting so much.
And what I got... was even better then I had hoped. :)

The Killing (1956)

I'm truly surprised by this fascinating and very early work of Stanley Kubrick.

Just finished watching that as well. A bit disturbing. Would have liked for it to be longer.

Hidalgo. I love it, mostly because it has a special little place in my heart. When Bree and I were Engaged, we went and saw Hidalgo and Dawn of the Dead (04) the same day.

The NeverEnding Story

Bloodshed ~ most inane, nonsensical ending I have seen in awhile. I mean I wasn't expecting Shakespeare or anything, but still....;) Up until the ending, nothing special, but fun to mock....haha.

The Pumpkin Karver ~ I might have liked this one a bit better if it wasn't for the characters. Way too annoying, so it lost me.

Death Sentence ~ I actually really liked this, I thought it was well done, especially the last half hour or so.
