"R-point"

Reminded me alot of "Dogsoldiers", but with ghosts instead of werewolfs. Pretty good War/Horror movie.

Maybe "deathwatch" comes closer actually. But i hated "deatwatch".

just finished Elizabeth again, got interrupted a few times the first time I saw it.

I can't believe Army of Darkness is coming on right now, a good horror movie on tv is hard to come by.

picked up used - and watched Session 9 last night.

impressive film !

I really enjoyed this one ... what a treat to see a well acted american horror film .
oozed texture too ... great filmwork, terrific rich sound.

really well done story too - the pacing was excellent .. the tension was built brilliantly...

cant say enough good things about it..

the only downfall ...

******SPOILER *********

was that you had to suspend your disbelief that a regular Joe could perform this complex operation -
but that was forgivable in light of everything else.

To me it was like a combination of the Blair Witch Project and The Shining ... but still very much it's own movie..

Yersterday i got my wife to join me in watching a classic:
I'm Gonna Get you Sucka

I love that movie....

"Can I have a sip for 15 cents?"
"My cups cost more than 15 cents..."
"Fuck the cup. pour it in my hands for a dime."

I watched "Dead Birds" last night. I had high hopes for this one, it was getting great reviews, but it just didn't do it for me. After a great start, a group of civil war rejects rob a bank and head to this abandoned estate,it slows to a crawl for a good 45 minutes. I guess it was trying to build tension and there were a few slight scares but nothing to win me over.
I'm gonna give it a two bud rating out of five.

Urge, what did you think of the lead actor Peter Mullan (Gordon)? Ever seen him before? Wasn´t he impressive, you think?

I had never seen him before in my life and thought he was amazing. Especially the scene where he´s talking to his nephew(?) by the fallen tree. Wauw!:)
