Shurayukihime (Lady Snowblood) (1973)
Classic. If you haven't seen this film yet, make it a priority.

As for the ending... no they were real. They were her memories. They explained why she is the way she is. The rape, the sexual abuse, the physical and metal abuse.

Hilarious flick. Just ordered 6 of Stephen Chow's older movies on Ebay the other day. Can't wait for their arrival. :)

The Host
One of the best opening half hours in any film, shame the film struggles to keep up the momentum

So far i've got a SC collection consisting of "CJ7", "Shaolin soccer" and "Kung fu hustle", With Shaolin and Kung Fu being equally hilarious and entertaining.

"The king of comedy" 6-7/10
A mess of a movie. Stephen Chow has certainly advanced a lot as a director since The King Of Comedy. Weird that there's only 2 years between this one and Shaolin Soccer. Not that TKOC is not funny. There's just longer between the laughs than in his last 3 movies. Nevertheless it HAD me laughing out loud twice for more than 15 seconds straight.
