Question about Friday the 13th Box?

I saw it for around 50$ CAN at Blockbuster, the same price as the Dawn of the Dead set with the alternative cuts. I was wondering, since films are two-per-disc, as to the video quality of the set. Are they flip-discs, where 1 film is on one side, the 2nd on the other side? Or is it a standard DVD-5 with both films crammed on one layer? Does the video quality suffer immensely?

Also, is the first film in this set presented UNCUT, or would I have to buy that separately?

I have it and have watched everything except for the Bonus Disc...great quality throughout. Both films are on the same side of the disc, but it doesnt affect the picture/sound quality at all. Crisp and clean on every film.
