Yeah, Visiting Hours is certainly old school. Somehow I had never seen it before. It wasn't bad - worth a watch but nothing great.

Halloween
I enjoyed it. :) Have SCREAM on in the background now. An American Werewolf in London is playing next, and after that, Creepshow and Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I'm watching another movie at 9, but what that will be... I'm not sure. What do you guys think? Should I move on to Halloween II? Or go with The Roost? |

Dungeon of Harrow
Let me break this film down for y'all: Take one of Roger Cormann's Poe films from the 60's. Switch the story around to be based loosely (VERY loosely) on the Marquis de Sade. Take away about 60% of the budget and 90% of the talent involved. Now, add a touch of LSD for good measure : Tada! What you're left with is most likely something like Dungeon of Harrow. Really strange, no-budget, obscure-as-all-heck little film that I watched for the first time last Halloween, and have decided to turn into a tradition. It's poorly made, the quality of the DVD is crap as well, but there is just something about this movie that I enjoy.
